Aleyant Support Help: How to Determine Why My Customers Are Not Seeing a Shipping Method Selection When Attempting to Checkout?
This is a popular question that comes up all the time to our support team.
We suggest testing the shipping options on your site first. Go to SiteName > Settings > Shipping tab and then entering the weight of the order and the shipping address into the test shipping options section. The available shipping methods will show up on the right and if there are any errors, it will usually point you in the direction of where the problem is.
