Aleyant tFLOW 6 Has Arrived

tFLOW is a powerful digital and large format prepress workflow automation software solution that simplifies difficult file management tasks and processes to optimize efficiency and production throughput. tFLOW’s modern and open architecture easily integrates with any Web-to-Print, MIS/ERP and Output Systems.

tFLOW eliminates redundant manual touch points and provides team communication tools for today’s workplace. Customers, sales representatives, prepress operators and production teams collaborate in real-time 24/7 with total visibility, eliminating lengthy email chains, text messages and calls that cause missed deadlines and costly mistakes and delays.

As we continue to transition Tucanna and its products to Aleyant, we want you to know that Aleyant is 100% committed to continuing to develop and support tFlow. To that end, the entire Tucanna team has recently joined Aleyant and will remain focused on supporting and enhancing tFLOW.

We’ve put the final touches on the latest release of tFLOW and have a whole series of tools to continue making businesses more efficient, and your job easier. Below is a short list of highlights of what you can expect to see when you login to tFLOW after October 23, 2016.

Archiving

Users can now keep jobs and orders in the system for reference at a later date, with the option to move hi-res files in another back up storage. Orders and Jobs can now be archived, maintaining the Order and Job information while moving the hi-res data to another destination for long-term storage.  Data can be unarchived back into tFLOW at any time.

Server Sent Events

This new feature greatly speeds up tFLOW’s processing time. Users will experience three times faster speed while changing job states due to tFLOW’s new dynamic updating of events.

Parallel Processing

tFLOW can now process multiple tasks (preflight, finishing, etc) happening at the same time, allowing you to do more in less time.

PDF Toolbox 9

The PDF Toolbox has been updated to version 9, bringing the ability to dynamically change variable values during processing, automatically create background objects, e.g. for printing on transparent material, creation of object-based cut paths, tiling, and much more.
