Can eDocBuilder be purchased and used without Pressero?
- Yes. eDocBuilder is included with Pressero but can also be purchased separately to be used in a third party solution.
Does Pressero include eDocBuilder?
Yes, eDocBuilder comes with Pressero. There are plan differences with functionality. Please discuss with your sales person.
Does Pressero allow users to design their products online?
Yes, our eDocBuilder software is the design online engine that is integrated with Pressero.
Does Pressero support Single Sign-On (SSO / SAML)?
Yes. Pressero supports SSO via both SAML and OAuth. Please discuss the options with your sales person as SSO is available as an add-on.
Does Pressero integrate with 3rd party software?
That depends, usually on the 3rd party's API. Pressero is integrated with several software platforms, check with your salesperson for options.
Can Pressero keep track of inventory balances on stock products?
Yes, inventory balances can be stored and depleted in Pressero.
Can Pressero automatically send orders to production?
Yes, certain plans come with our Automated Workflow Integrator (AWI) program, which makes this possible.
Does Pressero have an API?
Yes, our API is an option. Please discuss with your sales person.
Do you integrate with Quickbooks Online?
Yes, Pressero and PrintJobManager integrate with Quickbooks Online.
Can I customize the way my website looks?
Yes, Pressero offers 15 mobile-friendly (responsive) website designs, which you can customize if you know HTML/CSS and are on a plan that allows custom "skins".
Does Pressero provide domain address hosting?
We provide and host a temporary domain for use while you are building your sites. We recommend purchasing a permanent address from a third-party domain hosting service when you are ready to "go live".
What type of database is used?
MS SQL.
Who has ownership of the data?
The subscriber does. See our EULA.
How long has Pressero existed?
Since 2005.
Is Pressero cloud-based?
Yes, Pressero is a SaaS platform and we can also offer a dedicated server on the cloud.
Can Pressero build my site for me?
Yes, we have a Professional Services team that can build your entire site or help wherever necessary.
How long does it take to get a site up?
This depends on the site, user, number of products, templates and pricing calculators. We can typically get a site up in 30-60 days.
Does Pressero have custom reports?
Yes, we have a report writer that allows you to set up custom reports.
Can I make updates to the sites or products?
Yes, part of our onboarding/training is to teach you how to make edits and run the Pressero application.
Can you have unlimited sites?
Our Pressero plans have different amounts of B2B and B2C sites with each plan. There is an option for unlimited sites. Please discuss with your sales person.
Do you have a limit on the number of users?
Pressero allows for an unlimited amount of users.
Can customers see the status of their orders?
Yes. Customers can log into their account and view updated order statuses in their order history. They can also be notified automatically through email notifications as their order status changes.
What if I need functionality that isn't already part of Pressero?

Does each plan include training?
Yes. Each Pressero plan includes one-on-one training sessions. You also get access to Print Academy — an online, guided training platform available to you and your entire team for the length of your subscription.
