Response Sets allow you to create a predefined set of responses for field entries that are common to a specific theme, location or category. For example, business cards for a corporate branch office in Chicago may have a common set of field entries for address, main phone and fax number; while the Los Angeles office will have a different set of entries. In many situations that require custom calculations, it is necessary to use a spreadsheet pricing engine to allow for using calculations on different result values in the pricing calculator, such as price or weight, or for custom option calculations. This is a question that we hear a lot. It is a MUST to keep traffic moving to your site. In order to set your site as secured, you have two options: This option can be used while adding the domain name in Admin > Site > Settings > Domain. When adding your domain name (www.sitename.com or sitename.com) you have an option “Use Security Certificate for this Domain” all you need to do is check this box before clicking  “Add new domain”. Aleyant Support Help: How to Determine Why My Customers Are Not Seeing a Shipping Method Selection When Attempting to Checkout?

This is a popular question that comes up all the time to our support team. We suggest testing the shipping options on your site first. Go to SiteName > Settings > Shipping tab and then entering the weight of the order and the shipping address into the test shipping options section. The available shipping methods will show up on the right and if there are any errors, it will usually point you in the direction of where the problem is. PrintJobManager Feature Update: Upload Production Files and Support Files in PrintJobManager

Aleyant is pleased to announce a significant feature enhancement within PrintJobManager for subscribers with tFlow integrations. PrintJobManager now contains areas to separately upload Production files and Support files. Production files are the job's primary PDF art file. Support files can be any other related file associated with that job such as distribution lists, fonts, native files, etc. In addition, only Production files will sync and create new job(s) in tFlow. Tax Handling Improvements Within Pressero

Aleyant is excited to announce improvements to the way that Pressero handles taxes, coming on Tuesday, September 2. The way you implement taxes will be known as “Tax Profiles,” which allows you to create profiles at the Admin level and easily assign them to multiple sites. Pressero Adds Stripe as New Payment Method

Aleyant is excited to announce the addition of Stripe as a new Payment Method within Pressero. This new integration will first be available for European customers, then available for other regions soon. After you set up an account with Stripe, Pressero will authenticate the account (and visually confirm the authentication) prior to you adding the new method to your site(s). Updated Version of the Pressero v6 API for Orders Released 3-13-19

We released an updated version of the V6 API for Orders, the reason for this is to improve the speed of our API and reduce the amount of data returned on a single call. Basically we're removing unnecessary information from some levels of the payload. The information is not being removed but instead will be available in other endpoints, like the Product endpoint, Site endpoint, etc. We don't suspect that these changes will affect many of our API users, but if you are using the Pressero API we recommend you check out this document for full details.

Great New Features & Important Information in the Latest Aleyant Pressero™ Release

Including "Projected Ship Date" on Order Confirmation and Order Summary Customers ordering from a Pressero website will now be shown the date you project their order to be shipped. In a previous blog posted December 18th, we announced that you could make the Requested Ship Date in Pressero either optional or required. The new settings affected the behavior for both the Requested Ship Date, and the Projected Ship Date fields. When the Projected Date was used instead of the Requested, we were including the date in the Order Details area of admin, but no where else. Scheduling Updates We’ve recently added a new option inside the ‘Department’ and ‘Resource’ views in the scheduling module. When scheduling in these two views, users now have the ability to determine if the date range will be associated with either the ‘Job Due Date’ or the ‘Department/Resource Due Date’. As seen in the image above, when users update the red outlined drop down to ‘Based on Department Due Date’, the date range will then show jobs based on the department due date. eDocBuilder We added a RGB & CMYK Color Picker selector inside the Field Setup area of Admin for Fill Color on Text Fields, for Barcode Fields, and for Font Outline on Text Fields. In addition to numerous tweaks and fixes, we have created several key new features: Updated Pricing Group Function As part of our ongoing enhancements and in an effort to simplify pricing calculations based on feedback we have received from customers in different regions, we have implemented changes to Price Groups inside of PrintJobManager. Increased Security on Login In order to further protect your account from a bruteforce attack, we have increased the security when logging in to your eDocBuilder and Pressero accounts. The change will limit failed login attempts from a given IP address to 10 attempts within a 10 minute timeframe. The user will be warned after 8 failed attempts that after 10 attempts, they will be locked out of the account for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes has passed, users and their customers will be able to try again. In addition to numerous tweaks and fixes, we have created the following key new features: Updated Job Summary Ticket As part of our ongoing enhancements, we have received feedback from our customers and have an updated Job Summary Ticket available to users.  This will replace the current “Job Details” ticket. Hemos realizados las siguientes actualizaciones en el área de recursos en las tiendas B2C de Pressero:   Hemos agregado paginación para facilitar la administración de una gran cantidad de recursos y para que éstos de carguen más rápido. Por defecto, las imágenes mostradas de un recurso serán de un tamaño menor. No obstante, hemos agregado un marcador que permite mostrar más grandes las vistas previas de las imágenes. Pressero ahora permite a los usuarios finales que tienen permisos para administrar recursos, la opción de editar recursos.   Asimismo, también permite a los usuarios finales que tienen permisos para administrar recursos, la capacidad de editar y crear nuevas categorías de recursos.

Nueva actualización de Pressero: captcha habilitado en formularios por defecto

Anteriormente, cuando se creaba un nuevo formulario en un sitio B2C de Pressero, era necesario habilitar específicamente el Captcha en el formulario. We are pleased to announce that PrintJobManager now has time variance reporting. This is a very important tool for measuring actual vs. estimated time spent on various job activities or processes. Comparing a company’s actual times to their estimated times generates a time variance. With time variance reporting, the user has the ability to review this variance by comparing the company’s activities or processes actual times in relation to the estimated times. Single Sign-On (SSO) is a session identification service. One of the methods to enable single sign-on with Pressero is the Open Authorization (OAuth), which gives customers the ability to log in to Pressero from their Facebook, Twitter or Google accounts. Set Number of Days to Save Items for Later A change was made to the 'Save for Later' feature in Pressero (Admin > Sites > Settings > General Info tab/Site Basics). Subscribers can now set the amount of time they want the item to be available to their customers. This option is set on a site-by-site basis. The default number of days continues to be 60.
