Introducing Pressero
Organizations, Tags & Filtering
Smarter storefronts are here. Native tools for managing complex accounts, departments, and franchise networks — no custom code required.
Managing a print storefront gets complicated fast. Different departments, franchise locations, or corporate accounts all need their own products, their own billing rules, and their own way of ordering. Until now, solving that meant custom code for every customer.

With this release, Pressero brings that control into the core platform. Now, Organizations, Dynamic Tags, and Storefront Filtering work together to give print shops native, no-code tools to manage complex storefronts — all built directly into Pressero.
Organizations
If you run a B2B storefront, you have probably run into one of these situations:
The Organizations feature gives you a dedicated admin-level structure to define, group, and manage these accounts directly inside Pressero. No custom skin scripting. No workarounds. Just a clean, configurable layer that sits between your storefront and your customers.

Dynamic Tags & Filtering
Once your catalog grows, keeping products organized for different buyer types gets unwieldy. Dynamic Tags solve this by letting you attach structured metadata to any product in your catalog:
- Tag products by style, option type, color, size, format, or any attribute that matters to your buyers
- Storefront Filtering then uses those tags to power clean, usable filter controls on your category pages
- Buyers see only the filter options relevant to what is visible to them — no clutter from products they cannot access
- No re-tagging or catalog rebuilding required when Organizations or product visibility rules change
Previously, this kind of setup required custom skin-level scripting for each site. Now it is a native admin feature that any subscriber with the Organizations module enabled can configure directly.
In short, Pressero customers now have advanced shopping tags and filters at their fingertips — built into the platform, configured in minutes, and ready for your most complex B2B accounts.

Admin: applying Dynamic Tags to a product

Storefront: tag-based filters visible to buyers
These three features work as a system. Organizations define who your buyers are and what they can access. Dynamic Tags describe your products in terms buyers actually search by. Storefront Filtering surfaces those tags as controls buyers can use. Together, they remove the main reason shops historically needed custom code for every complex B2B account.
If you are an existing Pressero subscriber, the Organizations module availability will depend on your current plan. Reach out to your account manager or visit the Knowledge Base links below to get started.
