PrintJobManager New Features Alert! Estimate “Valid Until” Date & Rejection Reason
Within PrintJobManager, users will now see there is a “Valid Until” date listed for each estimate in the footer.
Also, when a customer clicks on Reject estimate, the customer now needs to provide a reason for the rejection. This reason and the notes entered become part of the “Job Audit”. Administrators can go to the job audit view to see why an estimate is rejected.
