With Sympathy

The Aleyant team is saddened to share the news that our dear coworker, Lola Andreu, unexpectedly passed away this past Friday. Members of the Aleyant Spain team were able to attend the wake on Sunday and the funeral services Monday in Valencia, Spain. 

Lola made a huge impact over her past five years at Aleyant in her role as Professional Services and Support Team Member. Her accomplishments included contributions to product infrastructure, custom developments for clients, external application integrations, and custom skins development. She successfully fulfilled her duties and ticket/chat assignments, always achieving a very high average satisfaction rate. 

As a good teammate, she oversaw several training sessions and subsequent follow-up of tickets from those clients. She always displayed special attention to detail, especially at the level of customer’s custom codes.  

She will be remembered for her great empathy, sense of humor and affection for her coworkers. She was always willing to listen and help no matter how challenging the situations. 

Losing Lola has been both surprising and difficult for many of us. Both customers and Aleyant employees alike enjoyed working with her. Lola will be greatly missed.
